Optional analytics
Open Levels, select Privacy, then allow or decline optional analytics. You can change this choice at any time. Declining or withdrawing consent does not disable core gameplay, cloud progression or purchases.
Withdrawal stops future project analytics collection. To request deletion of analytics already associated with your pseudonymous player profile, use the process below.
External request
Access, correction, export or deletion
Email our privacy contact with the subjectPrivacy request - The Crimson Thesis: Match & Mystery. Tell us which right you want to exercise and include only the details needed to locate the correct pseudonymous profile.
- State whether you play on Android or iOS.
- Give the approximate date of your last activity.
- Include a player or support ID only if the game displays one.
- Describe whether you want access, correction, export or deletion.
Or write to privacy@aguastreagames.com.
Before deletion
What a cloud-profile deletion means
A verified deletion request removes or de-identifies the cloud player profile and data that is no longer required, including progression, level history, lives, virtual currencies, power-ups and inventory. This cannot be undone, and a later installation starts as a new player.
We may retain minimized purchase, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or legal records where they remain necessary. Google Play and Apple keep their own purchase histories; store refunds and purchase history must be managed through the relevant platform.
Resetting the local profile, clearing app data or uninstalling the game does not by itself delete the cloud profile. Use the email process above for a server-side deletion request.
